What the ChatGPT app does

It starts quote requests for auto, home, auto + home, and renters insurance. A licensed Asshield agent follows up using the contact method you chose.

What it doesn’t do

It does not bind coverage, give prices in chat, handle claims, billing, or policy changes. For those, call or text us, or use the contacts below.

Update or delete a quote request

Email or call us with the name and contact information used on the request. We will help you access, correct, or delete quote-request data as described in our Privacy notice.

Report a problem with the app

Email joshuawilliams@asshield.com with what you asked, roughly when it happened, and any error you saw. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment card details, or passwords.
